How Can severe Pain And Numbness In The Leg Be Treated?

HI. My leg falls asleep and its painful. Sometimes I cry. I know how a pregnancy leg cramp feels like. I m so use to that. But it isn t as painful as that. What am I supposed to do to keep it from happening? It happens if I sit on the ground and I am on my leg or my foot.

Due to obstruction in the blood supply in legs while squating or other positions there is cramps in legs. Sometimes it may be due to anaemia or low hemoglobin level.
